About the event
The 2nd Radiopharma Facility Design, Engineering and Construction Summit 2026 is the premier forum for professionals engaged in designing, building, retrofitting, and scaling radiopharmaceutical facilities. The event provides a high-impact platform to tackle the most pressing issues facing construction leaders in this space — from overcoming long equipment lead times and supply chain constraints, to integrating smart technologies and sustainability targets.
Attendees will gain insights into how peers and solution providers are approaching facility agility, advanced prefabrication, digital workflows, and evolving regulatory standards — all tailored to radiopharma manufacturing.

INDUSTRIES ATTENDING
Leading organizations from across the radiopharma ecosystem
Future-Proofing Radiopharma Facilities for Rapidly Evolving Modalities
- Designing spaces that can flex with new isotopes, automation, and emerging RLT pipelines
- Avoiding "locked-in" layouts that age too quickly as technology shifts
- Building utilities and shielding with capacity headroom for future equipment
- Ensuring regulatory adaptability so the facility can pivot without full redesigns
Setting New Benchmarks for Sustainability in Radiopharma Facilities
- Using smarter materials and systems that reduce energy load without compromising GMP
- Finding low-carbon shielding and cleanroom options that still meet performance needs
- Reclaiming heat, water, and other resources often wasted in radiopharma operations
- Bringing ESG into early planning so sustainability doesn't become an afterthought
Workforce Planning, Training & Operational Readiness
- Anticipating the specialized skill sets needed before operations begin
- Building training paths that blend GMP, radiation safety, and new digital tools
- Designing cleanrooms and workflows that actually support human productivity
- Preparing SOPs and operational playbooks early so staff ramp-up is smooth
QC/QA Lab Design & Analytical Workflow Architecture
- Positioning QC labs to keep up with fast-release timelines for short half-life products
- Streamlining equipment layout for clean sample flow and minimal bottlenecks
- Using digital tools to simplify data integrity, traceability, and audit readiness
- Supporting high-throughput testing without overwhelming analysts
Regulatory Compliance & Radiation Safety in Modern Radiopharma Builds
- Baking regulatory expectations into the design stage, not retrofitted later
- Creating shielding and zoning plans that protect staff but still support efficient work
- Planning for waste storage, handling, and emergency scenarios from day one
- Maintaining documentation trails that help inspections feel predictable, not painful
Managing Construction & Equipment Lead Times in a Constrained Supply Chain
- Predicting realistic delivery timelines for cyclotrons, hot cells, and specialized systems
- Offering contingency pathways so no single supplier becomes a choke point
- Syncing equipment procurement with phased activations and commissioning steps
- Providing transparent digital tracking to keep owners informed in real time
Next-Generation Cleanroom & HVAC Performance Optimization
- Using advanced airflow designs that stabilize conditions while cutting energy demand
- Integrating sensors and smart controls that adapt to real-time room conditions
- Offering durable, radiation-tolerant materials that hold up under heavy use
- Supporting multi-modal environments without sacrificing cleanliness or safety

Hear from industry leaders who attended our events and experienced the difference
This is actually the third Nexor event I've done, and I think they're very good — this one's excellent as well. I like these events because they are very well focused on technology and on things that are important to the industry, which is not always the case at many trade shows and conferences.
You do a great job of promoting social engagement and networking, and really connecting solution providers with end users. My expectations were met because several of the end users I was hoping to meet were here. It actually saves me travel, as I'm able to meet them all in one place over these two days. I'd say I'm very satisfied.
We have a focused group of high-caliber folks who are attending all together in one spot, and it's really high value. It lets us get expertise from the end user side, builders, designers, OEM equipment vendors all together. The small nature of the conference allows for a lot of intimate conversations, one-on-ones, and you get to make a lot of worthwhile connections that might get lost in a bigger conference.
This is something that was missing from this industry. There's a lot of conferences and a lot of talk around the clinical side and the science side, but there was nothing really specific to the radiopharmaceutical facility side of things and what it takes to get those drugs out to the industry.
The conference was right-sized. This is a very specialized and close-knit industry, and having everyone in one room allowed attendees to see every presentation and gain the full benefit of the event. My expectations are being met — I'm definitely pleased with the format and what it enabled us to achieve.
